Now you can shop online and collect your order in-store.

For all online purchase, pick-up in store orders will be processed within 24 hours and stored in a save place. Customer will be able to come and collect the items after 1 day.

Monday to Friday
*1 day collect

Pick-up in Store:
Monday to Sunday

Time:
11:00am – 9:00pm

An email will be sent out once the order is ready for pickup. Please drop us an email at Contact us for any inquiry.

Cancellation Order

Ordered from Online Purchase, pick-up in store can be cancelled within 24 hours. E-mail us at Contact us with your order number and state your reason for cancellation. A refund will be processed accordingly.

Buy Online, Pick-up in Store

Step 1: Choose "Pick-up" delivery method at the checkout page during proceed to payment.

Step 2: You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number.

Step 3: Please wait for the 2nd email to notify you that your order is ready to collect. You can collect your order at NITORI STORES between 11:00am – 9:00pm, Monday to Sunday, at our service counter.

Email will be sent out after 24 hours. Please call our customer service if you would like to postpone the pickup dates.
